Ed is a seen-it-all bartender. Been around the block too many times. He's tired, cynical, but comfortable behind the bar. Doesn't take very much shit from anybody, but affable and still out to make his tips so he's not too much of a dick. He always recognizes the value of quality customer service but is well-tired of regulars who take him for granted. Thinking some Chris Pine energy, younger Bill Murray maybe. Wise@ss, but charming.
